From classroom lessons to trackside excitement, the NASCAR Speediatrics Afterschool Program—thanks to an incredible partnership with The NASCAR Foundation and Long Creek Elementary School—proved to be an unforgettable journey! Over 100 eager 3rd-5th graders delved into the world of NASCAR, learning about diverse careers in racing and the importance of health in high-speed environment. The adventure continued at Charlotte Motor Speedway’s Drive for a Cure race, followed by a day of excitement at the Speediatrics Fun Day Festival at NASCAR’s Research and Development Center in Concord, NC. Each student received a brand-new bicycle and a chance to celebrate with proud parents at a special awards ceremony. It was a program filled with hands-on learning, energy, and lasting memories!
Our heartfelt thanks to The NASCAR Foundation, Ally, Wasserman, Hensley General Contracting, Rev Racing, the dedicated RACC staff, and all our wonderful volunteers who made this day possible.
